This patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She had prior breast augmentation and desired implant removal as well as right mastectomy. Her right breast was reconstructed with a unilateral DIEP flap in stacked configuration. I later removed her left breast implant and performed a breast lift with fat grafting. She no longer has breast implants.
