This patient was diagnosed with an early stage breast cancer in one breast and desired a prophylactic mastectomy for the other breast. Nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction was performed. After 3 months, minor outpatient surgery to lift and contour the breast and abdomen was performed.
