This patient presented after a failed immediate tissue expander placement following bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy due to infection. She preferred to proceed with bilateral DIEP flap reconstruction. The lower pole of the breast was entirely resurfaced with tissue from her abdomen and nipple reconstruction performed.
