This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstruction. She was staged first with breast reduction to lift and reduce the breast volume; this was followed by bilateral mastectomy and DIEP flap. She underwent final shaping with fat grafting and scar revisions.
