This patient underwent left nipple sparing mastectomy and radiation to the left chest. She was ultimately reconstructed with a bipedicled DIEP flap for volume. She underwent intermediate staging with a tissue expander while undergoing left chest radiation. Three surgeries were performed including minor revisions for symmetry at her final stage.
