This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and radiation to the left chest. She was ultimately reconstructed with DIEP flaps. She underwent intermediate staging with a tissue expander while undergoing left chest radiation. Three surgeries were performed including minor revisions for symmetry and fat grafting at her final stage.
