This patient underwent left sided breast reconstruction with stacked lumbar artery perforator free flaps. She initially underwent mastectomy with tissue expander placement followed by conversion to lumbar flap reconstruction on the left. Her native right breast was lifted for symmetry. This is a 3 month postoperative result after final revision surgery and her scars will be expected to fade over time.
