This patient diagnosed with left breast cancer underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate pre-pectoral one stage implant reconstruction. A lateral radial incision was chosen in this case due to tumor proximity to the skin of the left outer breast; a small amount of skin was removed to clear the tumor margin and safely remove the breast tissue.
