- Implant Removal + Lift
This patient had previously undergone breast augmentation with saline breast implants. She wished to have her implants removed after she developed worsening heaviness and pain of her neck and upper back over the years. Implant removal alone will result in sagging of the breast in addition to possible deformity. She therefore underwent a simultaneous breast lift, or mastopexy to restore the natural shape and youthful appearance of the breast.
