This patient desired several small changes to improve fullness of the upper and lower abdomen, flanks and back for which we chose a mini-tummy tuck and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back. She additionally desired a small volume breast reduction as well as buffalo hump reduction. The breast reduction left a small amount of areola pigment behind for which she did not desire removal. Her buffalo hump was reduced by liposuction.
